Summary:

  • Elaborates the classes of eligible ID for voting purposes, such that licenses and ID cards issued to non-citizens cannot be used to vote.
  • Requires a non-citizen marker on the driver’s licenses of non-U.S. citizens reading “BEARER NOT A U.S. CITIZEN — NOT VOTER ID.” 
  • Includes Georgia in the Records and Information from DMVs for E-Verify (RIDE) program of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, which employers use to ascertain whether their employees are eligible to work in the country.
