Summary:

  • Calls for an amendment to the Georgia Constitution that would set up statewide grand juries to investigate and hand down indictments over any election law violation
  • Gives the Attorney general, or his/her designee, control over the grand juries, and juror would be chosen all over the state.
  • Replaces an effective, efficient system with a more complicated one without just cause.
