Know Your Right to Read Banned Books Event
We have the right to learn – free from censorship and discrimination. Join us for a reading and conversation about books that have been banned by local governments. To conclude Banned Books Week, this third installment in our banned books series will feature the ACLU of GA’s First Amendment experts and local community members. You’ll be able to highlight your favorite banned book, share space with other community members concerned with these issues, and enjoy fun surprises while supplies last. This event is free and open to the public.
It will be an energizing community experience that combines entertainment and surprises with critical information about our most fundamental rights.
