The ACLU will be (virtually) arguing to strike down permanently Georgia’s 2019 abortion ban in SisterSong v. Kemp. The court will hear the parties' motions for summary judgment. A preliminary injunction issued in October 2019 blocked Georgia's abortion ban from taking effect until the court explicitly says otherwise.
