Welcome to the website (“Site”) used by the American Civil Liberties Union of Georgia, Inc. (“Union”) and the ACLU Foundation of Georgia, Inc. (“Foundation”) (collectively, “ACLU of Georgia,” “we,” “our,” “us”).
The Site includes the Union’s website at acluga.org.org, which may host Foundation content, including all web pages whose domain name contains acluga.org.org, www. acluga.org.org, or which are operated by the ACLU of Georgia and link to this User Agreement.

This User Agreement also does not apply to websites that the ACLU of Georgia does not operate where an ACLU of Georgia entity has a presence, such as ACLU of Georgia pages on Facebook.
Please read this User Agreement carefully, including the ACLU of Georgia Online Privacy Statement. By using the ACLU of Georgia Site, you agree to follow the rules set forth on these web pages. From time to time we may revise this User Agreement, including its Online Privacy Statement, so be sure to check these web pages occasionally. If we do make material changes, we will post a notice on our home page that the User Agreement has been modified and provide a link to the revised User Agreement. When you continue to use the ACLU of Georgia Site after we post a change, it means you agree to the new rules.
