Nadine Marcelin (She/Her) has been with the ACLU of Georgia since 2021 and now serves as the People and Culture Manager. She is fueled by a passion for workplace productivity and a commitment to building high-performing teams that advance organizational effectiveness.
Originally from Florida, Nadine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of South Florida and a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Nonprofit Leadership and Management from Clark Atlanta University. She is also a certified professional with the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is proudly part of the New Leaders Council Class of 2025.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Nadine enjoys cooking, attending concerts and comedy shows, and creating coloring books for children.
